Community Feedback on Draft Evaluation Criteria

In this first phase of engagement, we are asking communities to help us establish a list of criteria that we can use to evaluate schedule options in the next phase of engagement. 

Based on feedback provided during our 2015 engagement efforts in the Southern Gulf Islands and our operational needs, we have developed a draft list of evaluation criteria for consideration. Each of these criteria will be evaluated for each Island. 

Why evaluation criteria?   

 We have chosen to use evaluation criteria because they provide us with: 

1. A consistent way to evaluate options for every Island
2. The opportunity to consider Island-specific needs
3. The ability to compare different schedule options for each Island and across the Southern Gulf Islands network
