RSVP - Neighbourhood Chat for Heriot Bay Terminal

Join us for a cup of coffee or tea and learn about construction work at Heriot Bay.

Terminal construction work is set to begin soon at Heriot Bay Terminal, to replace the aging berth infrastructure and to prepare the route to welcome an Island Class vessel, providing increased capacity and better traffic flow, in spring 2026.

As neighbours, we recognize the importance of keeping you informed, and we would like to invite you to come talk with our projects team to learn about the plans that have been worked on including details about what you will see on-site and temporary impacts to Heriot Bay Road. In addition, we will also provide details on what to expect during alternate service.

Neighbourhood Coffee Chat

  • Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025
  • Time: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Please complete this RSVP to receive full event details

If you are unable to attend but would like to stay connected, please don’t hesitate to reach out at engagement@bcferries.com

Please note: Space is limited. Conversations will be focused on what neighbours of the Heriot Bay Terminal can expect during the project work, and as such space will be prioritized for those living close by. We will be coming back to the Quadra community on May 23, 2025 to provide a broader update. You can read more about that and can sign up for project page updates by visiting https://www.bcferriesprojects.ca/heriot-bay-whaletown-tp and clicking “subscribe” on the page.

We hope you will join us, and looking forward to our conversations.
