Help us shape alternate service plans for 2026

We understand the impact a berth closure can have to the community. With that in mind, we plan to take the following steps to help mitigate disruption:

• Alternate service (water taxi) will be provided to foot passengers in place of any affected sailings
• Free parking will be provided in Otter Bay and Swartz Bay prior to and during berth closures
• Working with commercial users to ensure essential goods continue to be available on the island during the closure
• NO impact to Dangerous Goods sailings
