Salish Eagle (Route 9) Bike Rack Trial

This summer, BC Ferries is trialing two new bicycle rack designs, a 2-bike post-style rack and an 8-bike rack, on the Salish Eagle (Route 9: Tsawwassen–Southern Gulf Islands) on select sailings from August to September.

This is a small-scale, test-and-learn pilot on one vessel to gather insights to help inform future decisions, and at this stage does not include a fleet-wide rollout.
