Revised Draft Concept for Long-Term Changes:

Using stakeholder feedback we've revised initial draft concept plans to create this concept for changes that could occur at the Westview terminal in the next 10+ years. These changes could be phased over time with some occurring sooner than others based on need. This concept offers the following key features:

• Converting Wharf Street to one-way eastbound between the trestle and Willingdon Ave to improve safety and operational efficiency
• Creating a new access road for marina parking lots to ensure continued access when Wharf Street changes to one-way only
• Creating a new bus stop closer to the berth to make access easier for transit and school/sports team bus passengers
• Potential area for future development created where existing washroom and A-frame building are today 
• Creation of new terminal storage and administration building to allow for future development area
